This book by Greg Mortenson is wonderful account of how one individual can make a world of difference. The book is well known, but just incase it is a story about building schools and education children, especially girls in remote regions of Pakistan. It is an inspiring story. The theme comes from Balistan, where if you share tea the first time with someone you are a stranger, the second time an honored guest and the third time you become family. Greg applies this principle and has moved mountains to take his vision and make a difference.

I loved this book! I gave it to several of my friends at work, as it shows a side to this part of the world that very few Americans get to see.
